Our Story

Jay Tittel started J’s Storage Containers in 2005. It started with the idea of selling shipping containers on I-25 on a piece of land his parents owned. Jay had always wanted to own a business that allowed him time to continue traveling for rodeo. Jay started with one dually and a trailer making endless trips to the depots and on deliveries. He was a one man show. In 2007 Jay married his wife Holly and they built a small house where Holly turned their coat closet into an office for J’s Storage Containers. Within a few years Jay had a growing reputation of being an honest business man with fair prices. As J’s Storage Containers grew as a business Jay and Holly grew as a family having two boys and building another home, one that would hold all four of them. In 2018 Jay recognized the need for a larger location to better serve his costumers. He moved J’s Storage Containers to its current location north of Pueblo where he had room to expand his inventory. Jay knew that by buying in bulk he could provide the lowest prices for his costumers. 

Jay and Holly work in the office together with six employees, a fleet of trucks and trailers, forklifts, tow trucks and one little golf cart for costumers to take a cruise on while picking out the perfect box for their needs.  J’s Storage Containers has grown into a blessing that Jay and Holly never imagined. J’s employees and customers are what make the company the best in Colorado. We serve all of Colorado and will deliver in bordering states.  Jay is still competing at rodeos. Most of his time is spent raising their two boys and finding the best deals on shipping containers so he can offer you, the customer, the best prices. Thank you for being here!
